PDMi is your total facility Design & Engineering firm. Along with strong design, we also concentrate on strategically managing your facility project from start to finish. The best ideas
in business often come when an entrepreneur surveys the market and
realizes just what is missing. PDMi did just that -- surveyed the
market. What we found were Owners that were “channel surfing” in search
of a more efficient and less fragmented method of delivering their project.
Armed with this information we developed a Lean Process
that starts with upfront planning and scope development and moves into
detailed design so that the project can be constructed. With over 80 years
of combined experience of providing solutions for the designing and
building of facilities, PDMi understands and is committed to predictable, reliable, and controlled scopes, cost, & schedules.
