New 67,000 sf Warehouse Addition

Construction of a new 67,158sf Flammable & Combustible Liquid Warehouse addition to existing warehouse & distribution building. Scope includes:

Construction of interior concrete block fire walls within the new addition so as to provide multiple hazardous liquid storage warehouses.
Installation of a mechanical explosion prevention system for storage of flammable liquid commodities.
Construction of a new unisex restroom within the new addition.
Expansion & modification of existing storm water detention system on site.
